Serious Game Hunting at
Alaska's Arctic Wildlife Guides and Outfitters
The Alaska's Arctic Wildlife Lodge
|
|
For more than two decades, Alaska's Arctic Wildlife has been the home base for some of the best fishing and hunting adventures in America's last great frontier.
Alaska's Arctic Wildlife
is located 150 miles northwest of Fairbanks and 19 miles south of the mighty Yukon river in Alaska's historic and beautiful Minook Valley.

The Ranch has several different accommodations including: a cozy
two-bed cabin, a four-bed hunters cabin, a 12-bed bunk house along with the main lodge that has sleeping accommodations for five, with modern conveniences.
Meals, consisting of American classics as well as many Alaskan dishes, are served family-style with everyone sitting around the lodge's main table to share the meal and the day's stories. Evenings usually
find our guests relaxing around the woodstove in the main lodge, or watching the picturesque view from the front porch.
Cobb Family homesteaded this land in the early seventies; since that time, they have hunted, trapped and fished this area for food to feed the family and trophies for clients. With over a quarter century of hunting experience in the Alaskan wilderness, Family Cobb
will give you a hunting adventure that you will remember for the rest of your life.
Many of the hunts conducted by Alaska's Arctic Wildlife are on horseback which AAWGO has some of the finest horses available in Alaska. These horses have proven to be
completely reliable while climbing and crossing some of the roughest terrain in the state.
Cobb's success rate with hunting clients is consistently high, due in no small measure to their decades of hunting
experience, and their love for the Alaskan wilderness.

Moose
Moose hunting with Alaska's Arctic Wildlife is more an adventure than a hunt!
The areas we hunt are rugged and remote. Giving you a
chance to experience the real Alaska. Racks taken last year ranged from 60" to 68" and weights to over 2,000 lbs.
Alaska's Arctic Wildlife's decades of experience will place you in areas that have a
proven track record for producing trophy moose.
On our 10-day moose hunts, we are based in camps that are more than 160 miles from any city. Yet provide all the basic comforts a hunter needs. One of the last few areas where there is no horn restriction and you can take any bull.

The bears in our hunting areas do not like the guides from Alaska's Arctic Wildlife. With over 25 years experience hunting
this area, we know how to get you the bear you want. Unlike Canada and the lower forty-eight, our bears are almost always trophy size, ranging from 6 to 8 foot blacks to the 9 1/2 foot grizzly shot last year, (pictured here). When you hunt bear with Alaska's Arctic Wildlife, we give you the hunting adventure of a lifetime!

Sheep

Our prices are, on average, lower than elsewhere in Alaska because we hunt and fish from our home at Alaska's Arctic Wildlife. Our overhead is lower because almost all of our support is based from the lodge.
